I would like to apply for the membership of Turkish Australian Culture House, Inc. (TACH) . I understand that my membership will be cancelled by applying to TACH in writing.

I understand to abide the rules and regulations of TACH outlined by the Constitution (Rules of the Association) set within the Association Incorporation Act (1987). I also realise that the success of TACH ultimately depends on the contributions made by its members. Therefore, I intend to contribute my personal best in the operations of TACH so that the objectives of TACH can be fulfilled and excellence in delivering services to the Turkish Community and Australian Society can be achieved.
